2007 Outlook
2006 was certainly an exciting year for Charles River Web Connections, and 2007 looks even more promising. We’re making big changes to serve you better.
CRWC started off the new year with a new look for our website. We’ve added more detailed content about our services and a company blog where the staff will regularly be posting to share interesting information about current technology and trends on the web. Check back regularly to see what CRWC staff has to say about what’s happening on the internet!
Expansion
We are quickly expanding in many ways, and to fit our growing needs CRWC is pleased to welcome a few new staff members on board for 2007. We are looking to increase our client base dramatically, and the new hires will be there to support the growing work load as CRWC increases marketing efforts. “Our philosophy is that by bringing individuals together from a variety of backgrounds you have the ability to see the project from all aspects,” says Director Robert Sherman.
A big project for CRWC in the early part of 2007 is the location of missing classmates for Cornell University. We have been working with Cornell Alumni on class web pages, and have recently extended our services to find alumni whose addresses in the Cornell database are outdated. We have made a lot of progress in this area, and hope to share this service with Alumni Associations from other colleges and universities in the very near future.
An exciting improvement in 2006 was the development of our Secure File Management System as the first of many business solution tools by CRWC. Over the course of 2007, we hope to create at least two more web-based business products that will enable your company to function faster, more easily and more efficiently.
